Using your dental insurance
Our team can help verify your dental benefits. Please contact the office with your insurance information so we can check your specific plan and discuss the next step.
Plan acceptance and in-network participation are different. Confirm participation for your exact plan and the location you will visit. Your insurer determines covered services, limitations and final payment.
What to have ready
- Your dental insurance card and plan name
- The member and group numbers listed on your card
- Your preferred office and reason for your visit
Ask about your deductible, remaining annual maximum, waiting periods and any treatment-specific limits. A benefits estimate is not a guarantee of payment.
Care without dental insurance
You can visit Allure Dental Designs as a self-pay patient. Call to discuss appointment fees and the care you are considering, from routine visits to cosmetic and restorative treatment.
New patient visit — $175
Our new-patient offer includes an exam, X-rays and a simple cleaning, where clinically appropriate. Confirm eligibility and what is included when scheduling. If a different type of cleaning or additional treatment is recommended, ask for the associated fees before proceeding.
Understanding your treatment estimate
Your recommended treatment and fees depend on your examination and individual needs. Ask for an explanation of the proposed care, expected stages, estimated insurance contribution and your estimated out-of-pocket cost.
For dental implants, clear aligners or veneers, discuss the full treatment plan and what the estimate includes.
Payment and financing questions
Contact the office to confirm accepted payment methods, when payment is due and whether financing is available for your treatment. Ask about eligibility and applicable terms before making arrangements.
